God’s Promises Fulfilled: A Study in the Books of Joshua and Ruth
CLICK HERE TO REGISTER: WBS FALL 2025
Starting: Wednesday, September 17 | Friday, September 19 | Sunday, September 21
“I heard an old, old story, how a Savior came from glory….” And it’s rooted in the Old Testament where God reveals Himself as the faithful, promise-making and promise-keeping King.
Ladies, join us as we study together how the story unfolds in the books of Joshua and Ruth, highlighting God’s faithfulness to His covenant. Joshua, Ruth, and others such as Caleb and Rahab, model a faithful and obedient response to God’s commands. He used them in pivotal ways during Israel’s entrance into the Promised Land and then during the time of the Judges to bring His redemptive plan forward. As we look together at God’s grace revealed in ancient times, we also look to when He will complete His mission to bring His people, you and I, through faith in Jesus, to the Heavenly Zion. There, He’ll wipe away every tear from every eye.
Come along with us as we roll up our sleeves and dig deep into God’s Word. We weren’t meant to journey alone, so “let us encourage one another, and all the more as you see the Day approaching” (Heb. 10:25). Hope to see you there!
